By accessing and using CertM8, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CertM8 is operated by CertM8 Pty Ltd (ABN pending), an Australian company.

2. Service Description

CertM8 provides AI-powered compliance certificate automation for Australian electricians. The service assists with data extraction and form pre-filling but does not guarantee regulatory acceptance of submissions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data before submission. CertM8 does not replace professional judgement. All certificates must be reviewed by a licensed electrician before lodgement.

4. Subscription & Billing

CertM8 offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription of $19.99/month per licence applies. You may cancel at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

CertM8 is provided "as is". We are not liable for any errors in AI extraction, portal submission failures, or regulatory penalties arising from use of the service.
